TC specializes in working with community Banks, Savings & Loans and Credit Unions that need the ability to offer a broader range of commercial real estate loan products in order to better serve their clients and maintain their relationships in an ever increasing competitive market place. TC is committed to training, promoting, and supporting its Banking Correspondents to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and to working in collaborative teams with its Correspondents over the entire life cycle of a borrower relationship before, during and after the loan has closed. Who Qualifies to be a TC Correspondent? 1. TC maintains strict qualification guidelines for awarding new Correspondent relationships and will only consider financial institutions meeting the following criteria:
Asset Requirements: $5MM or greater. Charter: Must be an Federal or State chartered Bank, S&L or Credit Union. Annual Origination Volume: Minimum of $3MM. Origination Staff: Number and Qualifications sufficient to handle origination volume. Good Standing: Must be of sound reputation and compliant with the appropriate regulatory bodies.
